Intermittent Errors with Payment Processor Causing Small Number of Payment Failures
Resolved - BlueSnap has resolved the intermittent payment processing errors affecting a subset of transactions, and we have successfully processed AutoPay batches scheduled to process today.

We are now working to contact affected schools with further information and next steps.

Update - We continue to experience intermittent payment processing errors affecting a subset of transactions. BlueSnap is actively working to resolve the issue.

As a precaution, we have decided to delay all BlueSnap AutoPay batches scheduled for today until later in the day. This delay will affect only BlueSnap AutoPay batches. Stripe AutoPay batches will proceed as scheduled.

Once the issue has been fully resolved, we will contact affected schools with further information and next steps.

Identified - BlueSnap has identified the source of the intermittent errors for a subset of payments. They have taken some actions to mitigate the issue but are still working toward full resolution. Once we have confirmation of resolution we will reach out to impacted schools with next steps.
