Investigating -
We are currently investigating an issue that caused the sourcedId values for terms/grading periods exchanged via the OneRoster API to change. This issue affects all integrations synching term/grading period data via OneRoster. For impacted Canvas schools, this issue is causing class enrollments to disappear from courses in Canvas. At this time, we advise impacted schools to temporarily pause all OneRoster-powered integrations, including Canvas.
