Email Message Delays and Delivery Failures
Resolved - Our email service provider experienced issues that caused email delivery failures and delays for a subset of customers. This incident was first reported by our provider on Friday, September 12 at 2:26 AM ET and was resolved on Friday, September 12 at 9:57 AM ET. The issue resulted in some users receiving "Message not delivered" bounce messages when sending emails to Veracross distribution lists.
